Cibo Waterfront Café

Located in a the long derelict “pump and screen house” near the Alexander Docks overlooking the banks of the Red River, Cibo Waterfront Café has made its name providing guests with an elegant urban dining experience.

The Sunstone team envisioned this cafe being like those found all over Europe – humble but delicious fair served in an inviting and unforgettable setting. Inspired by the Mediterranean, Cibo’s hand-picked chefs have redefined homegrown eating by combining locally sourced ingredients with European flare to create uniquely memorable breakfast, lunch and dinner combinations. Sky Waterfront Condos

Phase one of Sky Waterfront was one of the first condos to be built on Waterfront Drive, thereby helping to revitalize this once depressed neighbourhood. Early on, Sunstone realized that this location was posed to become a hotspot for those looking to invest and live in the otherwise pricey and exclusive Exchange Warehouse District. This realization was fueled by a strong desire to promote positive change and invest in Winnipeg’s downtown.

Built in two phases which share a beautiful common court and other elements, Sky is located on the north edge of Winnipeg’s historic East Exchange District. With uncompromised views of the Red River and Winnipeg’s downtown skyline, Sky is the premier condo for the urban lifestyle.

In 2012, the Sunstone team recognized that this particular location did not have multi-family ownership options took the opportunity fill that void with secure, modern condominium homes. Sunpoint quickly sold out due its great location and well-designed units that fit a variety of lifestyles.

Built in partnership with StreetSide Developments, Stonecrest is a four phase multi-family complex located in Winnipeg’s southern community of Linden Ridge. Comprised of 157 condos and 20 townhouses, Stonecrest meets the lifestyle needs of a wide variety of people.
